2019 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack Trim Level Comparison
There are three trim levels for the 2019 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack. They are the S, the SE, and the SEL. They are easy to remember, and you can easily remember their order in price based on the number of letters in their title. The S has one letter and is the base trim level, so it is the lowest price. The SEL has three letters so it is the highest trim level and price.
These different versions of the 2019 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack have the same basic components. Under the hood, they are all powered by a 1.8 L Turbo engine that generates 168 horsepower at 4,500 rpm and 199 lb.-ft of torque at 1,600 rpm. They all have the same fuel economy of 21 mpg in the city and 30 mpg on the highway too. If we had to describe the different trim levels, we would say that the S is your basic Golf Alltrack vehicle, with all of the essential components. The SE adds some fun and convenient features to make your experience more memorable, and the SEL adds some high-end luxury features to create the perfect driving experience. To compare the way in which features get upgraded we will use the example of the touchscreen. In the S there is a 6.5-inch color display touchscreen sound system, in the SE there is an 8-inch color display touchscreen sound system with more capabilities, and in the SEL there is an 8-inch color display touchscreen navigation system. The same upgrading can be seen in other features as you go from S to SEL, as you can see in the chart above. Another example is air conditioning, which is manual air conditioning on both the S and SE. When you upgrade to the SEL you get the luxury of Climatronic ® dual-zone automatic climate control.
